Buying digital products from TemplateNest implies that you have carefully read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
TemplateNest offers digital products, such as Templates, UI kits, E-mail Templates, Design Bundles, and other resources, for clients to peruse and obtain. Because digital products are nonreturnable, refunds are generally not issued. However, depending on the situation, and as detailed below, we may consider requests for refunds to secure user satisfaction.
Reasons for Requesting a Refund
1. Technical Faults or Defects
If a purchased digital product with some technical faults or defects can not be used as intended by the User, the User may request a refund. When reported, we will investigate and judge whether or not it can be solved. If there is no way to fix the issue, then users may also qualify for a refund or reconditioned no-cost replacement product, depending upon product availability. Please be patient while our team reviews and processes your submission; it could take up to 72 hours as a result of our workload.
Note: Lack of software compatibility or insufficient product knowledge does not qualify as a reason for a refund request.
2. Product Does Not Match Its Description
If the delivered digital product significantly differs from the description provided on the TemplateNest website, Users may request refunds within 14 days after payment. Subjectively assessing the function and appearance of a product is not a valid reason for returning it. Requests must be supported with clear evidence of discrepancies.
3. Non-Receipt of Purchased Digital Product
If you have not received your purchased product within 14 days but have made notice accordingly during this time frame, then we will inquire and examine what went wrong. Should there prove to be no solution for getting products through, the User may choose either getting a replacement or a refund.
Please note that if no notice is received within 14 days, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be refunded.
When TemplateNest May Decline a Refund
TemplateNest aims to provide a fair and reliable service to all Users. However, there are cases where refund requests may be declined:
- The User expresses dissatisfaction with the product but provides no evidence of defects or discrepancies.
- The refund request is made beyond the 14-day refund window.
- The User lacks the necessary software or technical skills to use the product.
- The purchase was made by mistake or due to user error.
- The User does not provide necessary details or assistance in the resolution process.
- The request violates TemplateNest’ Terms of Use.
- The request is for a partial refund of a bundled purchase.

For all refund requests, please send an email to [email protected] describing the problem and including as much supporting evidence as possible (screenshots, error messages). Be sure to include a full description of the problem to help in expediting your request for review.
We encourage all Users to read carefully the product description, specifications, and compatibility requirements of the product before making your purchase. TemplateNest shall not be responsible for any incompatibility problems this may cause when used with third-party software.
Before completing a purchase, Users should carefully check their cart to avoid accidental duplicate purchases or unnecessary additions. TemplateNest reserves the right to deny refund requests related to such cases.
